This site publishes founding texts. It does not presently operate an interest register, membership list, or account system, and it does not collect names or email addresses through a form.

When an interest register opens, Neo Rome intends to collect only an email address, an optional preferred name, and consent to receive founding updates. That information would be used solely to send those updates and would not be published as a list of citizens or officials.

Hosting providers and fonts loaded from third-party services may process technical data such as IP addresses in the ordinary course of delivering the site. Neo Rome does not sell personal information.

Citizenship, if later established, will denote membership in a voluntary civic association. It will not create a public directory of private addresses without a published legal basis and a defined purpose.
